When will my deposit be refunded, and how much is it?

- Your deposit of $1,000 will be refunded within 1 to 4 days after your trip has ended.

Can I drop off my car anywhere?

- No, the car must be dropped off at our facility located at 408 Aspen Airport Business Center, Unit A1, Aspen, CO 81621. For unforeseen situations, please call us at (970) 948-6823 and we will find a solution.

Can I extend my trip?

- Yes, you can extend your trip. Please contact us directly to arrange the extension.

What if my car has technical issues during the trip?

- Please call us at (970) 948-6823. We will do our best to provide a replacement vehicle at no additional cost.

Can I request drop-off at other locations, for example: Denver Airport?

- Yes, you can. Please call us at (970) 948-6823 to arrange alternative drop-off locations.
